TIN points file is a delimited text file that uses a comma to separate values.
Each line of the file describes one point. Each point record consists of 4 or 3 fields, separated by commas.
The fields are name of point type (PtypeName) and X, Y, Z coordinades. Coordinate is numeric value with decimal point.
Point type is optional field.
Each line will have the same number of fields.
Instead of comma can be used semicolon symbol, or space. In case of space delimiter the point type field is not used.
There are possible formats of point record:
PtypeName,X,Y,Z
X,Y,Z
PtypeName;X;Y;Z
X;Y;Z
X Y Z
